David Sandeman, Managing Director Welcome to to our twelfth and final news letter for the year. November was another busy month and with only one more month to report on, 2006 is going to be the busiest year ever in the history of UK auctions. The popularity of auctions for vendor and buyer alike, has increased over the last few years and this trend seems set to continue.

May I take this opportunity to thank all of our clients for their support this year and we look forward to furnishing you with more deals and data next year. On behalf of all of us at EIG, I would like to wish you seasons greetings and a prosperous new year.

Regional Auction Analysis
With such growth in auctions nationally, one would expect similar growth to be seen regionally and with a couple of exceptions it was. The larger that expected variances, either up or down are often due to an auction being moved from one month to another.
