Monthly News Update

June 2006

David Sandeman, Managing Director Welcome to the June news letter giving a summary of the results for May 2006. As you will see, May was an exceedingly busy month, though June will be quieter before the pre holiday rush that we will have in July.

We are constantly on the lookout for new auction houses that we do not presently cover. If you know of any that are not in our database, no matter how big or small do please let me have details by sending an email.

Kind regards

David Sandeman

Similar trends, though not as great, are seen in the rolling quarterly and yearly analysis as well.

Regional Auction Analysis
As would be expected with such a busy month, the majority of regions saw increased activity, and for those that dropped back, the change was very small. The big increases in the amount raised was, as mentioned before, due to the sale of the large commercial portfolios of Sale and Leasebacks.
