Welcome to the newsletter reporting on the first month's activity of 2007. Whilst only a relatively few auctions were held in January, you will see from the numbers below that 2007 has got off to a flying start.
We often take calls in the office from clients asking us to add additional features the database to perform various tasks. Invariably these features already exist, (searching by postcode, covenant, to name but a few) If the database does not meet your requirements, do let me know and we will show you how to do it, or if it is not already available, do our utmost to add in the additional feature.
Some recipients of the newsletter have found that the tables of results below are not readily legible, and that a small red cross appears where a photo, graph or table should be. If this is the case with you, do please let me know by return and we will send the report out in a format that you can read.
Kind regards

Regional Auction Analysis
With such a relatively small number of lots, the regional breakdown could give misleading trends. However as one would expect, most regions saw an increase in figures generally, with only two regions experiencing a fall. The results from February will give a better trend, and these will be with you early March.
