Welcome to the July newsletter giving details of auction activity for June. Like May it was a busy month with 165 auctions held nationally (May 163 auctions) with 3,370 lots being offered (May 4,198 lots).
We have had a very positive feedback from our clients about the inclusion of house price data from our sister site www.englishhouseprices.com. Whenever you see the icon you will be taken to a report giving details of all transactions within that specific postcode since April 2000. You can then change the search parameters if you wish.
I am pleased to announce the introduction of our "Auction Passport" facility. We are hosting the legal documentation pertaining to lots for an increasing number of auction houses and all one needs to access the legal documentation is a single username and password which will work with all participating auctioneers. Where the legals are available via this service within our search results you will see this icon .
Kind regards
