54 property auctions were held throughout the UK in August 2007. We will compare these results to those of August 2006. There is also a regional breakdown of statistics.

National Auction Analysis
The key figure coming from the month's sales was the average % sold rate which slipped to 60%. This is down from 75% for August 06. As would be expected the rolling 3 month rate was down as well at 70%. Lots offered however was up 12% at 969 lots, as was the year on year amount raised and lots offered at £6.2 billion and 37,146 respectively.
